Hey, I’m Courtney - a mom of two boys, a step-mom, a grandma and a corporate woman who realized that life was moving a lot faster than I wanted it to.

For years, I was juggling early mornings, long workdays, boys’ sports, household tasks, dinners, and trying to squeeze in my own wellness somewhere in between. I kept pushing through because that’s what we do as moms - but deep down, I knew something was off.

I didn’t want my kids’ childhood to pass by in a blur of rushing, working, and being exhausted.

We only get so many years with them at home - and I wanted to say yes to more of those everyday moments, not feel like I was constantly choosing between work and being present.

But the reality is… I still have a corporate job.

So, I needed another way to bring more wellness, more creativity, more freedom, and more joy back into my days.

That’s when I said yes to something new.

I started learning about electrolyzed reduced water, focused on improving my family’s health, and eventually built a business from my phone - with zero experience, but a whole lot of heart.

And this business?

It’s become the thing that fills my cup again.

It gives me creativity.

It gives me aligned income.

It gives me time freedom in a way my corporate job never could - the kind where I don’t have to worry about “using time off” or waiting for permission to take a break.

It lets me prioritize wellness and show up for myself and my boys in a fuller, calmer, more present way.

I may still work my 9-5, but I no longer feel trapped by it.

This business has opened up a path where I’m building more freedom now - not someday “when life slows down.”
